Welcome to Sagadahoc County, Maine.

The County, which consists of ten municipalities, is located in beautiful mid-coast Maine. The county courthouse is located in the county-seat, Bath. The services provided by the county are: Registry of Deeds, Registry of Probate, Communications Department, Emergency Management Agency, District Attorney's Office, Corrections Division and the Sheriff's Department. Other offices such as the Commissioners' Office and the Treasurer's Office are located within the courthouse.
